Those who currently work at Recornect began an innovative quest some years ago to find supporting technology for crisis care. The recovery vision is a major source of inspiration for them. A vision in which people are increasingly given the chance to introduce their own solutions which are suited to their own solution strategies and coping styles.
Sustainable improvement in quality
Backed by our many years of experience in the field, we develop technological and innovative solutions aimed at new possibilities and sustainable improvement in the care for vulnerable individuals. Our solutions are always based on our practical experience and what experts by experience and care workers tell us. We take that experience and those stories and look at the needs of the persons undergoing treatment and the care workers. To date, Recornect has developed products such as the GRASP software platform and the CoWin media wall.

Erik Kuijpers
It was the huge drive Erik has for finding completely new solutions in all forms of crisis care which led to the creation of Recornect. With more than 30 years of experience as a psychiatric nurse in several jobs and positions in acute and forensic psychiatry, Erik is a real expert who knows the professional field from the inside. At Recornect, Erik leads the way in the development of new solutions.
Marion Swanink
Marion firmly believes in the philosophy and solutions of Recornect. Knowledge and experience in mental healthcare and technology come together in a wonderful product at Recornect. Marion is responsible for the implementation process, communication, both internal and with the client, and operational matters within Recornect. She likes being able to collaborate with the client and is proud to be part of a team which works hard to achieve great goals.
Cor Datema
Challenges, discovering new things, solving problems – this is what makes Cor really happy in his work. And also all the aspects that he sees reflected in his work since he started at Recornect, together with Erik. In his role as advisor, he supports Recornect where possible, in the growth which is being realised year after year.
Gijs Opheij
Naturally, as a financial man, Gijs likes to be working with numbers. But he never loses sight of the human aspect. Gijs supports the Recornect team from the financial side of things, so that the team can continue to operate as a well-oiled machine.
Mijs Kuijpers
Getting across the philosophy, products and method of working of Recornect is what Mijs is committed to doing at Recornect. Thanks to her experience in the food industry and knowledge of marketing and communication, she makes a valuable contribution to the visibility and recognisability of Recornect.
Alwin Verdonk
Without the view of expert by experience Alwin, the Recornect solutions would not be nearly as valuable and meaningful as they are. Alwin is not only an expert by experience but has also a great deal of work experience in clinical and outpatient care. Developing tools for the improvement of self-management for vulnerable people in a crisis situation, with both professionals and clients, really appeals to Alwin in his work at Recornect. The Recornect team is enormously motivated. We share the same vision and never lose sight of it.
Devin Pennings
Devin's favourite thing about working at Recornect is the fact that he is developing software that has a positive impact on people's lives. And Recornect is very happy with his innovative ideas when it comes to software and technology. By adding Devin's knowledge and expertise to that of his colleagues, the team is capable of developing great things for vulnerable people. And that's exactly why Devin feels appreciated and finds his work at Recornect rewarding.
Dirk-Jan Linsen
Writing code that matters, that’s what makes Dirk-Jan happy. He experiences it as a real privilege, being able to help people in a vulnerable situation with his work on the media wall. Not only that, but in the small, dynamic Recornect team, he is given the chance to contribute in all aspects of the company. Because of that, Dirk-Jan feels very much at home, and valued, at Recornect.
Ignacio Ascondo Gomez
Deploying the latest technologies when creating contemporary solutions for care, that's Ignacio's focus at Recornect. His attention to the quality and applicability of his work means that he produces software applications that meet the needs and wishes of Recornect clients.
Remy Vermeer
As Office Manager, Remy works on operational matters at Recornect. He is skilled in communication, solution oriented and accurate. For Remy, it’s important to be contributing to solutions to societal issues. He works at Recornect because of the small scale of the team and the social impact that Recornect’s solutions have on its clients.
