Application in single rooms
The CoWin media wall can be used in the care for the mentally disabled as a solution for a single resident. The media wall can be installed in single rooms. The selection of apps can be fully adapted to the capacities of the resident involved, depending on how active they are, their capacity for seeing their own solutions and their ability to self-manage. If the resident is not capable of those things, care workers can make the selection on the resident’s behalf, based on their needs. Supported by the care worker, the resident gets appropriate access to their own solutions in the form of personalised apps. Those might include games and a photo slide show with family photos or video calls with family.
