Recornect support

Recornect offers several service packages for the maintenance and service of the installed CoWin media wall. Recornect offers support in the following areas:

Software updates

We developed our own software, called GRASP, especially for the CoWin media walls. This allows us to deliver tailored products to our clients. We can also tailor the service. We make sure that the software is always up to date and equipped with all the necessary security. In addition, clients’ wishes are taken into consideration in new software updates. We are continually improving our software and are able to carry out updates remotely on installed media walls.

Service on location

Our service on location means we can make sure that our media walls are constantly functioning optimally. We visit our clients at their location annually to carry out servicing, where we check whether everything is working as it should and perform any repairs needed, to ensure a perfectly functioning media wall.

Remote support

We offer remote support in the event of any problem with one of the CoWin media walls. Through our online service desk, we are able to offer remote support for service issues. We can remotely access the system to assess what the problem is and how it can be resolved.

3-year guarantee

We give a three-year guarantee on all hardware components if they no longer function, due to technical reasons.
