Soft Release of the New Manager

The soft release of the new manager has been running for several months with various clients. Based on the feedback received, we have made the necessary improvements and are finalising preparations to make the new manager available to all our customers. The new manager is web-based, which means your organisation may need to make some adjustments to ensure successful installation. Additionally, the focus has shifted from device authentication to user authentication.

The Strength of the New Manager

With the manager, staff can remotely manage CoWins within their organisation. Staff have control over the environment of service users and can adjust it in real time to suit the desired situation, such as the mental state of the service user. Moreover, the manager allows for effective communication (calling, chatting) with service users, enabling staff to stay connected with them even in high-risk situations.
