Recornect develops both the hardware and software of the CoWin media walls. Our operations team is responsible for the installation and configuration of the product in the client’s environment, as well as ongoing support throughout its long lifespan.

Job Description

As a Support Engineer, you will be part of the operations team. You will be involved in the installation phase of our product and continue to support customers throughout its lifespan, playing a key role in customer satisfaction. During installation, you will assist the project manager and installation engineer in configuring and setting up multiple CoWin media walls according to specifications.

In the support phase, you will proactively maintain client systems, provide expert assistance, and ensure the structured handling of service tickets. We serve a diverse customer base, preferably in their native language—Dutch, English, or German.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolving first- and second-line service tickets (hardware and software).
  • Preparing technical installations and supporting our engineers during setup.
  • Keeping documentation and systems up to date regarding support.
  • Continuously improving internal and external service processes and providing feedback to product management for solution enhancements.
  • Assisting installation engineers at client sites during busy periods.

Qualifications:

  • A completed MBO (vocational education) in ICT or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Problem-solving skills and a strong service-oriented mindset.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for working with people.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ICT (networking).
  • Ability to obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license (B).
