Recornect develops both the hardware and software of the CoWin media walls. Our operations team is responsible for the installation and configuration of the product in the client’s environment, as well as ongoing support throughout its long lifespan.
As a Support Engineer, you will be part of the operations team. You will be involved in the installation phase of our product and continue to support customers throughout its lifespan, playing a key role in customer satisfaction. During installation, you will assist the project manager and installation engineer in configuring and setting up multiple CoWin media walls according to specifications.
In the support phase, you will proactively maintain client systems, provide expert assistance, and ensure the structured handling of service tickets. We serve a diverse customer base, preferably in their native language—Dutch, English, or German.
